At SalonDate, we’re committed to providing high-quality software and a great experience for all of our customers. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

1. Subscription Refunds

All subscription plans (monthly or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. This includes, but is not limited to:

Monthly or annual subscriptions

Add-ons or premium features

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed again.

💡 Tip: You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

2. One-Time Setup Fees or Services

Any one-time setup, onboarding, or customization services are non-refundable once work has begun. If no work has started, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a cancellation and refund.


3. Free Trials

We offer free trials for certain plans so you can explore the platform before committing. Once a paid subscription is activated, it will be subject to our standard refund terms.


4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

Duplicate billing

Technical issues caused by our system that prevented reasonable use of the platform (must be verified by our support team)

Failure to access the platform after purchase due to our error
